I want you to fall in love with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make things right. Please note that all of my products are handmade and may exhibit slight variations in workmanship or minor imperfections. That is one reason why I provide a comprehensive set of product photos for each item.
Here are my general guidelines on Returns & Refunds:
  • Items will need to be returned to me unused and in the original selling condition, within 30 days of purchase
  • If you must return a piece, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance
  • I will contact you as soon as the return is received so that we can set expectation for a refund; I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item
  • Shipping costs are not refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
